1. Your login is CaSe SeNSiTiVe (case sensitive).
2. Please make sure your Capslock is off and you pay attention to UPPER and lower case characters.
3. If copying and pasting your log in details, make sure that there are no spaces included before or after the text you've highlighted.
4. An extra space will be registered by our system as an another "character" and in turn show you a login error
5. Sometimes the letter "o" and the number "0" (zero) are confused.

If you have either of those in your username or password, please check to make sure you are entering the correct character.

Also, sometimes confused characters are capital "I" (capital i) and "l" (lower case L)
and the number 1 (one).
